What the bacon happen to the site

I just realized my site was getting error with to many connections so I check the dns and clear cache in my browser then realize its probably wordpress so now its time to check out the plugins first I disabled all plugins then the site starts to work. I started to enabled plugins one by one I feel like it was one of my cache type of plugins so i got rid of it.
