I always thought it would be fun to work with my big brother I’ve known him to be hard working at everything he does even in high school he’d get done with football and play basket ball until bedtime granted our teen years wasn’t the best years just typical big brother and little brother stuff. As we got older it just seemed like it would be fun but as it turns out moved in with him did get a chance to work with him and he set the expectations ten times higher then what the bosses was. Sick days – Unless your in the hospital your going to work. Overtime – Any chance they had overtime I would do it no matter how tired I was. It did help in the long run with his expectation being so high I got lots of great feedback from the bosses they always wanted me to work extra shifts or would give me special shifts to give me extra hours.
Somedays it wasn’t fun but I did get alot of value from it.
